A rough, uneven driveway is one of those things you put up with for way too long. Potholes, washouts, gravel migrating off to the sides - it gets old fast. And if you've got a long drive like this one, the problem only multiplies.
Here's what we were working with: a long gravel driveway that had seen better days. Loose material scattered to the edges, uneven spots throughout, and a surface that just wasn't draining or holding up the way it should. Not exactly what you want pulling up to your property every day.
We brought in the skid steer and dump truck, got fresh gravel staged and ready, and worked the surface from end to end. The finish grading process is what makes the difference here - it's not just pushing material around. It's about getting the crown right so water sheds off properly, pulling gravel back where it belongs, and leaving a clean, firm surface that holds up over time.
The long tree-lined stretch leading up to the building area got the same attention as the wider pad near the shop. Every section graded smooth and even. That's the thing about finish grading - when it's done well, the whole driveway just feels and functions better.
A driveway that's hard to use or looks beat up shouldn't be something you just live with. Whether it's a long rural lane or a wide turnaround near a building, we handle the full scope - cleanup, grading, and making sure it's done in a way that lasts.
